Step 1:	Register on-line to receive more information about PBG and our current projects, residential and/or commercial.
Step 2:	Meeting with a PBG experienced professional. We’ll follow up by contacting you to arrange a mutually beneficial time to discuss your new home construction goals and dreams. Whether you are considering one of our single family dwellings, condominium townhomes or a custom home, we’ll review all your options that will suit your budget and needs.
Step 3:	Once plans and budget have been met and satisfied, this stage involves working together to put a realistic time line in place. By having a project schedule, you will be able to monitor the construction phases including framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, flooring and paint selections for each room of your new home.
Step 4:	This step involved working with suppliers to select your building materials. You will be directed to the appropriate suppliers as each phase of your home construction is being reviewed by our PBG experienced professional.
Step 5:	Your home construction is complete and a walk-through is set up to make sure you are completely satisfied.
